Licensed California Contractor Since 2007  ·  CSLB #900920

Built by the people who are licensed to build it.

Corvane Construction Group is a Northern California general contractor holding four CSLB classifications — general building, concrete, earthwork and paving, and plumbing. Most of what your project needs, we self-perform — fewer subcontractors, fewer handoffs, and one point of accountability.

Capabilities

Four classifications under one license.

Many general contractors hold a B license and subcontract the rest. We hold the specialty classifications for the trades that drive schedule and cost, so the crew doing the work answers to the same license that signed your contract.

B

General Building Contractor

Whole-project delivery: additions, remodels, tenant improvements, ADUs, and ground-up structures. We carry the permit, run the schedule, coordinate the trades, and close out the inspections.

C-36

Plumbing

Full rough and finish plumbing, repipes, gas lines, drainage, fixture sets, and water heater systems — including tankless and hybrid heat-pump installs handled by our own plumbing crew.

C-8

Concrete

Footings, slabs, foundations, stem walls, flatwork, driveways, and structural repair. Formed, poured, and finished by our own crew.

C-12

Earthwork & Paving

Grading, excavation, trenching, site prep, and paving. The site work that has to be right before anything vertical goes up.

Also performed in-house

  • ElectricalPerformed by our own staff electricians.
  • Fire SprinklerA licensed fire sprinkler contractor on the team for commercial and residential systems.
  • Demolition & Selective DemoInterior demo, demising walls, and commercial build-out prep.
  • Hardscape & PaversDriveways, patios, walkways, retaining walls.

In the field

Our own crews run our pours. The people who form it, place it, and finish it work for us.

Who We Build For

Three kinds of clients, three different sets of expectations.

Homeowners

Additions, kitchen and bath remodels, ADUs, foundations, repipes, and water heater replacement. A written scope before any work begins, one point of contact throughout, and a jobsite left clean at the end of every day.

HOAs & Property Managers

Common-area repair, building envelope work, plumbing and drainage across multi-unit properties, and capital projects. Invoicing formatted to your submission requirements, certificates of insurance on file, and scope documentation ready for your board.

General Contractors & Brokers

We work as a subcontractor to general contractors and national retail brokers on commercial tenant improvements, demolition, and site work. Certificates and bond paperwork are turned around quickly, and our crews run on your schedule without supervision from your side.

How a Job Runs

Every project runs the same way.

Every Corvane project moves through the same six stages. You know which one you're in, and what happens next, from the first walk to the warranty.

STAGE 01

Walk the job

We visit the property, review the existing conditions, and tell you what we see — including anything that will cost more later if it isn't addressed now.

STAGE 02

Written scope & bid

A line-item scope in writing, with allowances called out and exclusions stated plainly. If it isn't on the page, it isn't in the price. We would rather settle that before the work starts than partway through.

STAGE 03

Permits & scheduling

We pull the permits, handle plan-check corrections, coordinate inspections, and give you a start date we intend to keep.

STAGE 04

Build

Daily site supervision, the same crew from start to finish, and a regular progress update so you are never left wondering where things stand.

STAGE 05

Punch & closeout

We walk the finished work with you, complete the punch list, and hand over final inspection sign-offs and equipment warranty documentation.

STAGE 06

One-year workmanship warranty

Every Corvane project carries a one-year warranty on workmanship. If something we built isn't right, we return and correct it.

Most jobs don’t go bad because of the work. They go bad because nobody calls you back. From day one you’re on one thread with me, my partner, and the foreman — so you always know who’s coming and when. Tyrone Medrano — Owner
